- Captain Slack is back, now with improved Clue.
Mileage for the last three weeks: 58, 52.8, 128.7.
Gym: Squats in the gym.
Squats 70kg x10, 95kg x7, 110kg x3, 120kg x1.
Calf raise 230kg x17, 280 x17 (14,3), 330 x17 (9,5,3).
Incline crunch 15, 7, horrible cramps!
