    2/1/04 Oops, forgot to blog these...

    4 miles bike and trailer, plus this relatively gentle session to work some physio magic on my bad left wrist (nothing really to limit, just before):

  • Dumbbell bench press 15kg x15, 20kg x10, 24kg x3.
  • Hammer curl 10kg x14, 15kg x7, 17kg x4 (ish).
  • Bent-over barbell row 30kg x12, 35kg x4 - wrist ouchy abort.
  • Crunch 20, 20, 20 superset with:
  • Gripper T 6/4, 6/3, 10/3.

    3/1/04 4 miles bike with trailer.
