Training Diary
February 28, 2004
- Nice weights session on a crisp winter day:
Bench press 40kg x10, 50kg x6, 60kg x1.
Barbell curl 20kg x10, 25kg x4, 30kg x1 ugly one...
Clean and jerk 40kg x5, 50kg x5.
February 20, 2004
- 35 miles of hilly Dartmoor cycling yesterday. Ouch :)
February 17, 2004
- 2 mile run in 18:26, but there were lots of cars.
February 15, 2004
- 2 mile run in 18:17.
- Friday: 20 miles bike.
Saturday: Bench press 40x10, 50x5, 50x4; Barbell curl 30x3, x3; Clean and press 40x5, 50x4. Concentration was baggy, but it was at least a return to the bar! Weight 102.8kg.

- 2 mile run, three sets of crunches and some Happy Days before brekkie.

- Footling around on the bike.
