Training DiaryFebruary 28, 2004 - Nice weights session on a crisp winter day:35 miles of hilly Dartmoor cycling yesterday. Ouch :) 2 mile run in 18:26, but there were lots of cars. 2 mile run in 18:17. Friday: 20 miles bike. Saturday: Bench press 40x10, 50x5, 50x4; Barbell curl 30x3, x3; Clean and press 40x5, 50x4. Concentration was baggy, but it was at least a return to the bar! Weight 102.8kg. 2 mile run, three sets of crunches and some Happy Days before brekkie. Footling around on the bike.
