Training DiaryFebruary 26, 2006 - 4-mile run. Grim, blistery and chafing, headwind and snow. 41:50. Remember: proper bloody socks and kecks next time!Just a couple of miles of trailer chores. Three fixie miles around town. 2 mile run. Been ill, two lurgies in a row, so I'm well behind on my training. Panic stations! 16 miles today, into work then out to collect the van. I'll take a swim day next... Weigh-in: 103.8kg, 33.5%. 5 miles ride. 3 mile run, nice and easy. 10 mile ride. 2 mile run. Lovely. Back of right knee giving me gyp after, though.
