Back in the saddle after a week-long lurgy. Starting a new metacycle of ECA and clen/T3 with ECA from today. 6km run, 36:00 so surprsingly, no form lost since the summer! Weigh in at 88.6kg, body fat 14.8%. Which means I feel fatter and wheezier than I really am.
