Taking stock

I’m at home today — no longer on holiday but afflicted by a nasty bout of gastroenteritis. I would go to bed but I’d have to get up every twenty minutes. If I don’t move too much it’s just about bearable.
Anyway. With little to do but needing something to take my mind of the pain of my washing-machine guts, I’ve been on a rare foray to the working-hours world of C+. There I found a link to this nutter who rode the Canning Stock Route on a bicycle. Unsupported.
This road goes past the Wolfe Creek meteor impact site and is almost 2000km without any way out or human habitation. The guy must have been out of his mind. Yet, he did it, and chapeau sir indeed for that.
Well worth having a look through his photo collection, and that bike is something else.
