When Calum was round the other day he asked me if I’d looked up the Spiderman/Wolverine video to which he’d sent me a link some time ago. Well, no, I hadn’t, because I’m crap. Frood isn’t well so he’s still in bed, my FT had arrived but the coffee hadn’t brewed yet, so I thought I’d take a moment of opportunity to see why Calum thought I’d be interested.
I couldn’t find any email containing anything like a link to something Marvel related, but google is my friend.
Oh. Oh my. It’s not one of the recent flurry of Marvel animated films (most of which are rubbish). It’s a game. It’s a game in which Spiderman and Wolverine go up against everyone else in the entire world, all of whom have been infected by the Venom symbiont. And they’ve got Steven Blum doing the voice of Wolverine again.
October 21st. Hopefully it won’t be subject to the same delays that WipeOut Fusion was and it won’t be the gut-crushing disappointment that was Marvel: Rise of the Imperfects. Or the last X-Men game, for that matter. Sad fan girl I may be, but I do have some standards.
